No registration Russians may be in the territory of Ukraine for 90 days. The moment of crossing the border is fixed in the migration card. Mode simplified customs control
Special mode simplified control (the "green" and "Red" corridors) is applied in cases of displacement of citizens through the customs border of Ukraine (TSU) of things, objects and values not subject to mandatory declaration to the customs and taxation, and do not fall under the category of objects on the movement of which across the customs border of Ukraine has set the current legislation bans and restrictions.
