The Crimea ministry of resorts and tourism wants to attract more than 12 million USD in advertising
Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea plans to attract more than 12 million USD in advertising recreational potential of the peninsula. This was reported by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea, Alexander Liev.
He explained that the Ministry intends to actively engage in advertising to travel business co-financing.
Head resort Minister said that, after preliminary talks several Crimean health resorts have expressed interest in co-financing of image events. "I was pleasantly surprised by the reaction and the activity of many of the spa facilities. They are willing to co-financing on the terms - 30% of the state invests 70% - of business ", - said A. Liev.
According to his information, in particular, funds raised will be channeled to the creation of popular TV shows about the effectiveness of treatment in Crimean health resorts, which will be broadcast on national TV channels in Ukraine and Belarus, Russia and the Baltic countries. "We will focus our modest capabilities and a strong desire to promote the image phone recreational potential of the Crimea. This will expand the scope of the season, as the treatment is more effective as a once in spring and autumn, to increase revenues from this type of tourism, as well as to support the formal sector of the tourist market ", - said the head of the spa department.
However, A. Liev stressed that the ministry of health resorts continue to work actively to promote the product in the Crimean tourist markets abroad. "This year we will participate in exhibitions in Japan, Poznan, Berlin and London," - he recalled. In addition, we plan to publish magazines on health resort, which will be distributed in health centers of Ukraine, and in hospitals near abroad.
In turn, deputy director for marketing and sales sanatorium complex "Saka" Konstantin Baybarza minkurortov supported the initiative. "Finally, the ministry stressed the necessity of positioning the Crimea as a health resort. We are ready to participate in joint image events by combining their advertising budget with the budget of the ministry. I am confident that my colleagues in the majority, too, not so much interested in advertising their telephone resorts, but in promoting the healing potential of the Crimea as a whole ", - he said.
For its part, the chief physician of clinical sanatorium "Mishor Vladimir Meshkov added that this method will more effectively promote the potential of the Crimean health resorts, and added that these events should also be part of the Ministry of Health.
