In holiday season 2011 Crimean hotels and resorts do not plan to significantly increase the cost of their services, the rise in prices is possible only on the rate of inflation. Said the deputy minister of resorts and tourism of Crimea, the head of finance, economic analysis and forecasting Nikolay Marinov.
«Rest in Crimea is not significantly more expensive. The rise in prices is possible only on the rate of inflation - not more than 5% ", - said the deputy minister.
N. Marinov added that the rise in price of permits in the Crimean hotels and resorts is only possible through the inclusion of new activities.
Deputy Recreation department said that the price of comparable vacation in the Crimea remain at least 30% lower than the cost of holidays in Sochi. In addition, the Crimean vacation much cheaper than in Turkey and Egypt. In this case, said N. Marinov, in the Crimean hotels in addition to a comfortable stay for tourists still offer high-quality treatment that will be included in the package price. "Let me remind you that the health potential of the Crimea is much higher than that of most foreign resorts, and it should take into account", - he added.
Deputy minister also said that the upcoming holiday season are going to increase tourist traffic to the Crimea to 15% compared to last year.
«Following the Crimea in 2010 attended by 5,719,000 tourists. In the program of socio-economic development of the Crimea, we predicted an increase in tourist flow at 10%, but exploring the potential of the upcoming holiday season, and the trends emerging in Ukraine and in the world as a whole, suggest that we have every reason to expect increasing numbers of tourists at 15% ", - said N. Marinov.
As reported, the development of spa and tourist and recreational complexes, including the improvement of medical and health center, are priorities of the ARC Development Strategy to 2020, the Government's Basil Dzharty.
Crimean Prime Minister has repeatedly stated that spa treatment is not by chance in the first place, because it is from the round fullness of the Crimean resorts depends duration of the holiday season and the level of income to the state budget.
