Crimean authorities develop the methodology for the implementation of electronic records management facilities in place
The Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea develops methods for introduction of electronic records management (software) in the accommodation. Told the head of the spa department Alexander Liev at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
According to him, some of Crimean hotels and resorts are already using such a system. The Minister stressed that the introduction of electronic records management system in the accommodation facilities of the peninsula could become one of the stages of detenizatsii tourist market. "Software helps facilities accommodate electronic records management to establish effective and thus such a system will Minkurortov receive and analyze information on the effectiveness of boot rested on the number and the number of nights spent in the object placement, as well as the cost of hotel rooms in the Crimea", - explained the Minister
A. Liev added that currently Minkurortov developing methodology for the implementation of hotel software that would be the most versatile, but also seeks to clarify the effectiveness of such a system.
Minister noted that the electronic software greatly facilitates the monitoring of the staff from the owner of the accommodation. In this case, A. Liev not rule out that some hotels and resorts will oppose the introduction of such a system. "Our task - to convince the hotels in the efficiency of implementing such a method. For example, you might consider the possibility of compensation costs to install such software from the republican budget, - added Mr. Lie. - I think before the summer season we have already developed such a method, and this year put the task to implement an electronic software.
