Crimea government adopted the concept of yacht tourism until 2020
Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea adopted the concept of "development of yacht tourism (yachting marina) in the ARC for 2011-2020." For a decision voted 82 out of 83 parliamentarians present at the session hall.
As noted in the decision, the main purpose of the concept is the development of the Crimea as a center of yachting tourism international level in the Black Sea basin. "The climatic conditions, a large coastline and the interest of yachting tourists to the Black Sea cause the prospects of yacht tourism in Crimea", - it follows from the document.
In particular, the concept involves creating the infrastructure of yacht marinas and marinas on the Black Sea coast of Crimea, as well as additional checkpoints across the state border, the introduction of a flexible fiscal policy and simplification of rules for doing business in the organization and maintenance of yacht tourism. The concept is planned to modernize and reconstruct the existing piers, small ship, take an inventory of water areas, piers and the small fleet of shore facilities, a fleet of sports and pleasure craft, as well as a unified system of information and reference services and entities tourist yacht tourism, etc.
According to the calculations of the authorities, the implementation of the concept will allow up to 2020 to create a yacht marina in 1911, 4, marina and 4 gas stations, organize the production of small vessels - not less than 200 yachts a year. It is also expected to develop the capacity of crossing points across the border to serve inbound and outbound tourism in the yachting vessels, in particular, to ensure the daily entry and exit of 300 small boats.

Recall, in early February, the Council of Ministers endorsed the concept of "development of yacht tourism (yachting marina) in the ARC for 2011-2020."
Projected to authorities, the implementation of the concept will provide additional revenues to the budget from the work of yachting marinas at a rate of about 37 million euros.
Tentatively on the implementation of the concept will need about 280-311 million euros.
