Sevastopol authorities plan to carry on leased lands Russian Black Sea Fleet of 5 large pilot projects to build tourist infrastructure. Relevant projects were presented at a roundtable "Public-Private Partnership in Sevastopol. Perspectives and directions.
Authorities of Sevastopol would like to attract Russian investors to develop 749 hectares of land rented by the Black Sea Fleet. For this project authorities of Sevastopol planning to attract $ 175 million U.S. investment.
Another project will be implemented on the western shore of the South Bay: at the area of 6 hectares is planned to build the biggest in the Black Sea yachting marina, and boathouses, and hotels. In this case, is based there auxiliary fleet, the City plans to transfer to the Northern side of the bay. In addition, the vacant quay wall will be used for mooring tourist liners. The project cost is $ 75 million.
Sevastopol authorities also plan to use 133 ha in the bay area Cossack under a comprehensive recreational and residential development. The estimated cost of this project is 665 million dollars.
