The Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea created a focus group for the legalization of mini-hotels.
Also members of the tourism business, which included representatives Minkurortov, the National Committee of the ARC of Land Resources, State Tax Administration in the Crimea.
During the first meeting of a focus group held on April 4, the participants discussed the main problems encountered in the process of completing the procedure of registration of private ownership as the hotel.
Following the meeting, officials decided to initiate legislation to simplify procedures for changing the purpose of land on which rasplozheny accommodation facilities, as well as establishing the extent of the land tax.
