Crimea govermant was adopted Rules of beaches
Verkhovna Rada of the ARC approved the Rules for the Construction, Equipment and use of beach areas in the ARC.
The decision was taken at the plenary session of the Crimean parliament on April 20.

According to the document, all the beaches of autonomy are divided into several types according to the nature of their use. In particular, visits to medical and recreational beaches is limited, and mode of access to these areas is determined by the administration of the respective spa, medical and recreational facilities. In turn, children visiting the beaches by unauthorized persons is prohibited. With regard to public beaches, the entrance to their territory will be free and pay when you visit can only be imposed for additional services.
In addition, chairs are placed on these beaches should not occupy more than 35% of its territory. And employers are prohibited to compel travelers to acquire certain services. In addition, all beaches should be made for easy access and stay with disabilities.
