The Ministry of resorts of Crimea initiates the return of seasonal patents for mini-hotels
Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea initiates amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine that would allow private ownership, providing services to tourists, to work on a temporary patent. This was reported by the first deputy minister of resorts and tourist Crimea Alexander Liev at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of the ARC of sanatorium-resort complex and tourism on April 26.
A. Liev explained that we are talking about mini-hotels, which number no more than 10 beds. "Together with local authorities, we are preparing amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine that will help validate the approaches to such facilities. We propose to return the patents, as it was before, but with some of the Crimean feature - that patents are issued for 3 months so the objects that operate seasonally, "- said A. Lie.
First deputy minister noted that this is the main problem of such objects: because in fact they provide services for tourist accommodation only 3 months. "They are extremely difficult to take shape as a hotel" - he added.
A. Liev also said that in order to detenizatsii resort business in Crimea is carried out certification of private houses that offer accommodation for tourists. For this purpose, starting from May 4, will be organized tour of these objects.
