In May, the Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea begin a large-scale inventory of the Crimean beaches. This was reported by the first deputy minister of resorts and tourism of Crimea, Alexander Liev at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of the ARC of sanatorium-resort complex and tourism on April 26.
«Since May 4, we begin a large inventory of all the beach areas in Crimea", - he said.
First deputy minister reminded that the upcoming holiday season in Crimea will operate 504 beaches, of which at least 207 will be free. "In 2009 in Crimea, there are only 62 beaches with free access in 2010 - free beach was 94. Today, as a minimum of 207 beaches free access ", - said A. Liev.
He stressed that this is not the final figure. So, according to A. Liev, currently Minkurortov is actively working with local authorities on the provision of free access for another 100 of the Crimean beaches. "More than 100 beaches, which are public and could become free, as of today are burdened with leases. On this occasion, we are actively working with local authorities to review these contracts. These beaches this year to become free, "- said the first deputy minister.
As reported by the Resort Information Center ARC, April 20, at the plenary session of the Crimean parliament had approved the regulations on the device, equipment and use of beach areas in the ARC.
According to them, all the beaches of autonomy are divided into several types according to the nature of their use. In particular, visits to medical and recreational beaches is limited, and mode of access to these areas is determined by the administration of the respective spa, medical and recreational facilities. Visiting children's beaches by outsiders is forbidden. With regard to public beaches, the entrance to their territory will be free and pay when you visit can only be imposed for additional services. In addition, all beaches should be made for easy access and stay with disabilities.
Under the Regulations, all public beaches must be equipped with boxes, which would indicate that access to the free.
The rules also determine the mechanism accounting beaches of the republic, which will get the most information about the number, nature of use, size, equipment, beach areas.
