In Crimea, discussed ways to simplify Ukrainian border crossing for tourists
The press center of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the ARC, a round table on crossing the state border of Ukraine tourist buses, cruise ships and air transport, transfers Resort Information Center of the Crimea.
Round table was held at the initiative of the Azov-Black Sea Regional Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine, led by Head of Tourism Minkurortov Olga drilling.
The event was attended by the major tour operators, transport operators, representatives of the Azov and Black Sea Regional Border Service management, Crimea customs, as well as the Crimean Republican Committee on Transport and Communications.
The roundtable participants discussed the main problems faced by travelers when crossing the state border. Among them: the long process of obtaining visas to enter Ukraine for foreign citizens at the international airport "Simferopol". "The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the ARC has written appeal to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with a request to increase the number of employees in the consular section at the Simferopol airport, but at the moment, this problem is not solved yet," - noted the head of the department of tourism and sightseeing activities spa agency Inessa Cachan.
Second problem - a lengthy process of crossing the state border of Ukraine tourist buses. Minkurortov prepared address to the Cabinet of Ministers to consider whether to coach cross the state border of Ukraine as a cruise - out of turn.
